4.1 Payment Schedule

• Standard Projects: 50% advance payment, 50% upon delivery
• Enterprise Projects: 30% advance, 40% at milestone, 30% completion
• Rush Projects: 100% advance payment required

Standard Delivery Times

Delivery times may be extended due to delayed client feedback, changes in project scope, unavailability of required content, or technical issues beyond our control.

Client-Owned Content: You retain full ownership of all content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property that you provide to us.

Developed Work: Upon full payment, you will own the final delivered website, including custom design elements, website code, and customized content created by us.

Extended support and maintenance plans are available at ₹2,000-5,000 per month depending on complexity.

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
