4. Payment Terms and Conditions

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

10. Termination

• All outstanding amounts become immediately due
• We will deliver all completed work upon payment
• Both parties' ongoing obligations cease

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information shared during the course of our business relationship.

Confidential information includes:

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Labor strikes or shortages

In such events, the affected party will notify the other party promptly and use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
